Compile Global Procedures window: Fields

Current Dictionary

Displays the current editable dictionary.

Allows you to specify the series that includes the scripts to be compiled.

You can set a default series prior to beginning the compiling process. Select the appropriate series from the Series list located on the tool bar. Once specified, the selected series will appear as the default whenever a series can be selected in a window.

Compiler Errors Only

Mark this option if you want to include only compiler error status messages in the status report that will be printed after the scripts are compiled. Otherwise, all status messages will be saved to the report.

Compile Debug

Mark this option to include debugging information in scripts, and to compile the debug and assert statements in your code. If you don't mark this option, you won't be able to use the Script Debugger, and the debug and assert statements won't be executed. We recommend unmarking this option in the final version of your application to ensure optimal script performance.

Displays global procedures in the selected series.

Selected Scripts

Displays global procedures that will be compiled. Select the global procedures you want to compile by selecting each in the Scripts list and clicking Insert to add it to the list of selected scripts. Double-clicking your selection will perform the same function. You can select and compile global procedures from several series at one time.
