Lookups

A lookup field provides a lookup button to open a lookup window to choose values from existing information. The standard lookups that are available are:
 

· Customer - opens the Customer lookup window and returns a Customer ID
· Vendor - opens the Vendor lookup window and returns a Vendor ID
· Item - opens the Item lookup window and returns an Item Number
· User - opens the User lookup window and returns an User ID
· Employee - opens the Employee lookup window and returns an Employee ID
· Department - opens the Department lookup window and returns a Department ID
· Position - opens the Position lookup window and returns a Position ID
· Company - opens the Company lookup window and returns an Intercompany ID
· Paycode - opens the Paycode lookup window and returns a Paycode ID
· Tax Schedule - opens the Tax Schedule lookup window and returns a Tax Schedule ID
· Salesperson - opens the Salesperson lookup window and returns a Salesperson ID
· Site - opens the Site lookup window and returns a Site ID
· Sales Territory - opens the Sales Territory lookup window and returns a Sales Territory ID
· User Class - opens the User Class lookup window and returns a User Class ID
· Item Class - opens the Item Class lookup window and returns an Item Class ID
· Customer Class - opens the Customer Class lookup window and returns a Customer Class ID
· Employee Class - opens the Employee Class lookup window and returns an Employee Class ID
· Prospect - opens the Prospect lookup window and returns a Prospect ID

To set lookup options:

1. Click the expansion button.
2. Select the Lookup.
3. Click the Save button.
