Unified Communications

If Microsoft Office Communicator is running on the same system as Microsoft Dynamics GP, the Microsoft Dynamics GP client can integrate with some of the Unified Communications capabilities provided by Communicator. Microsoft Dynamics GP can display presence information for specific entities such as customers or vendors. Actions can be added to Communicator to allow tasks to be performed within Microsoft Dynamics GP. Information about integrating with Unified Communications is divided into the following sections:
