The function of this button depends on the type of property being set:
Color properties: Opens the BackColor, FontColor, LineColor or PatternColor window, where you can choose a color.
Datatype property: Opens the Data Type Definition window, allowing you to view the data type for the selected field.
Field property: Opens the Field Definition window or Local Field Definition window, allowing you to view the definition of the selected field.
Pattern property: Opens the Pattern window, where you can choose a pattern to apply to the background of an object.
