Allows you to choose whether global fields, local fields, or only fields from a table attached to the current form will be displayed in the Fields list.
To view a list of the global fields that are part of a table attached to the current form, select the table whose fields you want to list.

Fields that appear in tables linked to the form are the same fields as those in the list of global fields. Listing the fields associated with a specific table is simply a shortcut, allowing you to view a smaller list of fields. |
Displays fields in the table or of the type you chose in the Field type/Table name drop-down list.
To add a field to the layout, use the arrow tool to select a desired field and drag it to the layout area. If you inadvertently drag the wrong field to the layout area, use the arrow tool to select the field in the layout area, then press the DELETE key.
To view the definition of a field, select the field in the fields list and click Open.
Displays, in pixels, the coordinates of the selected object's upper left and lower right corners relative to the top left corner of the window layout. If the entire window is selected, the position is relative to the top left corner of the screen. This field is automatically updated as you move the selected object in the layout area, allowing you to position an object precisely.
Appears at the bottom of the Toolbox when an object is selected in the layout area. It displays the total width and height, in pixels, of the selected object. This field is automatically updated as you resize the selected object in the layout area, allowing you to use the information displayed to exactly size an object.
Specifies the desired number of pixels between objects arranged with the Tile Vertically or Tile Horizontally tools.
