Allows you to maintain the picture library. From this window you can add a new picture, modifying an existing picture, or remove pictures from the dictionary. This window is also used when you use the Picture tool to insert pictures into the Layout window.
Choose Pictures from the Resources menu.
Select the Picture tool in the Toolbox window and click in the Layout window.
