Use this window to view or change the format applied to a data type to control how the data type's information will be displayed. The display characteristics determined by formats include the number of decimal places allowed in currency data types, the types of characters that can be entered for string data types and whether to display currency and negative symbols for integer and currency data types. Refer to the following topic for more information:
Choose Formats from the Resources menu to display the Formats window. Select a format and click Open, or click New to create a new format.
