Opens the Header/Footer Options window and allows you to create a new additional header or footer. To open an existing additional header or footer, double-click the name of the section.
Opens the Header/Footer Options window and allows you to edit the definition of the selected additional header or footer. You can also open an additional header or footer by double-clicking its name in the Additional Headers or Additional Footers list.
Deletes the selected additional header or footer.
Saves your entries and closes the window.
Closes the window without saving changes.
