Allows you to select the report, or global fields, table fields, calculated fields, and text object in the report. Calculated fields are prececed by [Calc]; text objects are preceded by [Text], array fields are followed by the array index enclosed in brackets ([ ]), and the report itself is indicated by the selection [Report]. Drawn objects (lines, boxes, circles and pictures) aren’t included in the list.
Allows you to type a value, choose a value from a drop-down list, or open a lookup. Some properties can't have their values changed.
As an alternative to using the settings box, you can double-click a property in the properties list. Doing so will set the property to the next value in the list, or open the associated lookup window.
