Override report dates from the report definitions

Select to override the report dates from the report definitions defined in the report group by using the dates selected in the Base periodand Base yearfields.

Base period

Select a base period from the list. Periods are from the default company data. If the specified base period is not valid for the company defined in a report in the report group, a message is displayed. The report for that company will not be generated but all other reports in the report group are generated.

Base year

Select a base year from the list. Years are from the default company data. If the specified base year is not valid for the company defined in a report in the report group, a message is displayed. The report for that company will not be generated but all other reports in the report group are generated.

Override report library location from report definition

Select to override the report library location defined in the report definition. The default location is the root node in the library but the path is not displayed in the text box. Type a new location or click the button to open the Select Report Library Locationdialogue box to select a new location.

If this option is not selected, the reports are generated to the location that is defined in the report definitions.

If a report definition has Select units at runtimeselected, the Select Reporting Unitsdialogue box will open.

Note
If View report when generatedis selected in the Output and Distributiontab of a report definition, this option is ignored when generating the report group.

Click to cancel the override settings and return to the report group.
