Management of an employee includes the following tasks.

Create a new employee

  1. Click > , and click CTRL+N to Createa new employee.

  2. Enter information about the employee, and (optionally) set up additional parameters for the employee as follows.

Define a period code for an employee

  1. Click > .

  2. On the tab, in the list select a code.

Note Note

To run the report in the section to keep track of employee timesheets, you must select a period code for the employees.


Maintain category validation setup for an employee

  1. Click > .

  2. Select an employee.

  3. On the tab, in the section select the category checkbox.

Note Note

Setup of category validation is only required if the validation system is applied in the company.


Maintain project validation setup for an employee

  1. Click > .

  2. Select an employee.

  3. On the tab, in the section select the check box under .

Note Note

Setup of project validation is only required if the validation system is applied in the company.
