Create a call list

  1. Click > > > .

  2. Click CTRL+N to create a new call list.

  3. In the field, enter a name and a brief description of the call list.

  4. Select a questionnaire to attach to the new call list, if applicable.

  5. Select the employee who will be responsible for the whole call list.

  6. Specify the date interval in the and fields.

    The values in the date fields are for information only. You can still make calls to targets after the date in the field and before the date in the field.

Create a call list target

  1. Click > > > .

  2. Click CTRL+N to create a new call list, or select an existing call list to add targets to.

  3. On the tab, click CTRL+N to create a new target.

  4. Select the business relation account number.

  5. Select the contact person.

  6. Select the employee who is responsible for contacting the target.

  7. Enter the date and time to contact the target.

Create call list targets in bulk

  1. Click > > > .

  2. Click CTRL+N to create a new call list, or select an existing call list to add targets to.

  3. Click .

  4. Click in the dialog box to edit the delimiters of the query that is used to create the call list targets and then click OK.

  5. Click OKto transfer the selected targets to the form.

Tip Tip

You can edit the transferred call list targets in the form by removing or adding individual call list targets.
