The feature you use to create actions depends on whether you want to create actions individually, or many actions at the same time:

Create actions individually

  1. Click > .

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  3. In the field, enter a brief description of the action.

  4. In the field, select from:

    • - Create an action of a particular type. If you selected a strategic plan in , the system verifies that the plan type's contains the action type you select in .

    • - Create multiple actions based on an action template. Settings for the are suggested for the action's , , and fields.

  5. In the field, select either an action type or a template, depending on your selection in .

  6. Complete the remaining fields.

Create many actions at the same time

  1. Click > > > .

  2. In the field, enter a brief description of the action.

  3. In the field, you can choose from:

    • - Create an action of a particular type. If you selected a strategic plan in , the system verifies that the plan type's contains the action type you select in .

    • - Create multiple actions based on an action template. Settings for the are suggested for the action's , , and fields.

  4. In the field, select either an action type or a template, depending on your selection in .

  5. Click to open the dialog box.

  6. In the list, select the employees for whom you want to create actions.

  7. Complete the remaining fields.

Note Note

On the tab you can select one or more questionnaires that you want the people responsible for the action to answer. If you are using an action template, the questionnaire is attached to the first action type in the template.
