Employees can register in different ways. The form should be set up to correspond with the employees' need for registration.

The following descriptions are generic and may vary depending on the setup.

Entering data in the registration form can be done using a variety of tools for example keyboard, touch screen or via bar codes.

Clock in or out

In some companies you must register only when you arrive for work and when you leave.

  1. Enter your employee number.

  2. Enter your pin code, if relevant.

  3. Clock in or clock out (by clicking for example).

Clock out with absence registration

If you leave earlier than your normal clock-out time, you can register a reason for the absence:

  1. Enter your employee number.

  2. Enter your pin code, if relevant.

  3. Clock out and state the reason for you absence (by clicking for example).

Start a production job

  1. Enter your employee number.

  2. Enter your pin code, if relevant.

  3. Select the relevant production job on the list or by using a barcode.

    Note Note

    To make a bundle, select more than one job; if you have already started a job, click to add the new job to the bundle.


  4. If relevant, enter the quantity you are going to produce in the box (only for process jobs).

  5. Approve your registration (for example by clicking ).

Feedback about a production job

If you want to provide feedback about a production job, finished quantity, or scrapped items, but want to continue the job, do the following:

  1. Enter your employee number.

  2. Enter your pin code, if relevant.

  3. Use the feedback function (by clicking for example).

  4. In the box, enter the quantity you have produced; in the box, enter the items with errors.

  5. Leave the box blank.

    Note Note

    If you enter , the job will be reported as finished; if you enter , you will no longer be registered as working on this job.


  6. Approve your registration (by clicking for example).

Register on indirect activities

Indirect activities include activities such as cleaning, internal transportation, or attending meetings.

  1. Enter your employee number.

  2. Enter your pin code, if relevant.

  3. Select the relevant indirect activity.

    You may need to click to display a list.


  4. Commit your registration (by clicking for example).

Register on projects

  1. Enter your employee number.

  2. Enter your pin code, if relevant.

  3. Select the relevant project job (for example a specific activity).

  4. Commit your registration (for example by clicking ).
