1. Click Service> Setup> Service orders> Stage reason codes.

2. Press CTRL+N to create a new reason code.

3. Press CTRL+S to save the reason code.

When you are prompted to give a reason code for updating a service order stage, you can select from any of the reason codes you have set up here.
