Developments let you record events or new conditions that may affect the progress or results of a recruitment project.

1. Click Human Resources> Common Forms> Recruitment Project Details> Developments.

2. In the Typefield, select a development type.

3. In the Descriptionfield, enter a brief description of the event.

4. On the Notetab, you can type a detailed description of the development.
