Service agreement lines can be copied to another service agreement or to a service order.
Copy lines
from one service agreement to another

Click > .

Select a service agreement.

Click and select the submenu item .

Select the service agreement to where you want to copy service agreement lines.

Clear the or check boxes if you do not want to include the service object or service task relations that are attached to the service agreement lines that you copy.

Click the button and, in the appropriate field, select the service agreement from where you want to copy service agreement lines.

If you leave the fields blank, you do not delimit the copy job and you copy all existing service agreement lines to the current service agreement. |
