1. Click > > > to open the form.

  2. In the area, select the criteria by which you want to view return statistics:

  3. If you want to view a different number of records on the report than the default, edit the value in the field.

  4. Enter the period of time for which you want to view records in the area.

  5. If you want to further restrict the set of records that form the basis of the report, such as choosing to view only reports for customers from a particular country, click the button. For more information, see Add additional tables to advanced queries.

  6. If you want to change whether this document is sent to screen, e-mail recipient, file, print archive, or printer, click the button to open the form.

  7. After you finish configuring the report, click OK.
