Click Human Resources> Periodic> Planning> Action plans.

Select the action plan for which you want to define a query.

Click the button that corresponds to the query you want:

• Reference query

• Employee query

In the Inquirydialog box, in the Criterialist, select criteria for the action's items. If you leave the Criterialist blank, all criteria are selected.

To run the query, click OK.
