Overwrite project numbers

Click Basic> Setup> Number sequences> Number sequences .
On the Generaltab, in the Setupsection, select Manualor Continuous.

If you select Continuous, you can also select the To a lower numberor To a higher numbercheck box in the Allow user changessection.
Click Project > Project Details .
Press CTRL+N to create a new project.
In the Create projectform, in the Projectfield, enter a project number.

Note
To change the suggested project number of a subproject, the format of the new project number must correspond to the pattern defined in the Formatfield in the Number sequences form.
