1. Click > .

  2. If you have not already done so, click to see the complete form.

  3. Select the quotation that you want information copied to.

    Only quotations with the status of can be copied or edited.

  4. On the header of the form, click > .

  5. In the field group, select the copy options to apply for the copy process:

    • Select the check box to copy the miscellaneous charges set up on the selected sales quotation lines to the new sales quotation.

    • Select the check box to update the net amount on the sales quotation by running a check on what trade agreements (line discount and multi-line discount) may apply to the sales quotation lines.

    • Select the check box to copy all dimensions, sales tax and ledger accounts to the new sales quotation. Delivery dates are not copied.

    • Select the check box to delete any sales quotation lines in the new sales quotation prior to copying sales quotation lines from this form.

    • Select the check box to copy information from the selected sales quotation to the new sales quotation.

  6. On the tab or the tab, select the quotation you want to copy information from.

    • The tab displays quotations which have been created, lost and/or canceled.

    • The tab displays quotations which have been sent or confirmed.

  7. Select the check box to copy the selected quotation and all the associated quotation lines.

    The check box for all associated quotation lines lower in the lower half of the form is completed automatically.

  8. Click OKto start the copy process.

You can see the quotation lines you have selected to be copied to the quotation in the tab.
