You can create records for your contacts in the CRM application of Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Create a contact

  1. Click > .

  2. Click CTRL+N to create a new line.

    When you create a new line, the will automatically be filled in.

  3. Enter the contact name, company and telephone number.

  4. Select an employee from your company who will be the main contact from your company and enter any other information for the contact.

Delete a contact

  1. Click > .

  2. Select the contact record to delete.

  3. Click the delete icon on the standard toolbar.

  4. Click Yesto delete record.

Note Note

You cannot delete a contact that is attached to a lead or opportunity. You must first remove the contact from the entity record and then delete the contact record.
