Line structures help group cost and service categories, and summarize them.

  1. Click > > > .

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  3. Enter an ID in the field and enter an appropriate name in the field.

  4. Click .

  5. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  6. Enter the line number in field and select a line type the list.

    Select from:

    • for lines with cost categories.

    • for lines with service categories.

    • for total lines.

    • for lines calculated from other cost lines.

  7. If you selected in the field, select the tab and enter the cost categories to include in the cost line.

    Instead of entering the cost categories, you can click to enter the values, or enter them in the form.

  8. If you selected in the field, select the tab and enter the service categories to include in the cost line.

  9. If you selected in the field, select the tab and enter already created cost lines to summarize them into the current cost line.

  10. If you selected in the field, select the tab and specify how to calculate the current cost line using different algebra signs and already created cost lines.
