Before you can create document templates and application e-mail templates, you have to create the document types that will be used by each.

  1. Click > > > .

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  3. In , enter a unique identifier.

  4. In the list, select the kind of template that you want to create:

    • For document templates, select .

    • For e-mail messages, select .

  5. In the list:

    • For document templates, select .

    • For e-mail messages, select .

To start using the templates, click > > . You can then select the document type for documents and e-mail messages from the and boxes on the tab.
