Before configuring workflows, you must set up Microsoft Dynamics AX users, assign the users to employee IDs, and set up the global address book feature.

Assign users to employee IDs

After you set up users, you must assign each user an employee ID. This is done by specifying user relations. For instructions about how to specify user relations, see Specify user relations.

Set up the global address book feature

The global address book feature allows you to share address book information (such as employee names, addresses, and phone numbers) among companies.
