You can remove users from profiles at any time, such as when a user changes roles in your organization. When you remove users from profiles, those users will no longer see information displayed on their Role Center pages in the applicable companies until you assign those users to another profile.

  1. Click > > .

  2. Select the profile that you are removing users from.

  3. Click the tab.

  4. Select the user.

  5. Click and confirm the removal.

  6. Press CTRL+S to save changes.
