A connection between an employee and a project can be made from either the or the form. Regardless of which form you use, the result will be the same. However, the result of adding validation groups from the or the forms differs depending on the form you use to add the group. Either a project is made available for a group of employees or a group of projects is made available for one employee.

For a project

  1. Click > .

  2. On the tab, select a project.

  3. Click and select either or .

  4. In the or form, select the or tab, depending on the form that you opened.

  5. Click the and buttons to select the appropriate employees or categories from the or list. View your selections on the tab.

For an employee

  1. Click > .

  2. On the tab, select an employee.

  3. Click and select either or to associate a project or category with the selected employee.

  4. In the or form, select the or tab, depending on the form that you opened.

  5. Click the and buttons to select the appropriate projects or categories from the or list. View your selections on the tab.

For a category

  1. Click > > > .

  2. On the tab, select a category.

  3. Click and select either or to associate an employee or project with the selected category.

  4. In the or form, select the or tab, depending on the form that you opened.

  5. Click the and buttons to select the appropriate employees or projects from the or list. View your selections on the tab.
