You can activate electronic signature for a process by selecting the check box.

Additional electronic signatures can be added to other processes by a developer.

The description of the process that the electronic signature is applied to.

The name of the table that the electronic signature is applied to.

The name of the field that the electronic signature is applied to.

Select this check box to activate electronic signature for the selected process.

The database table ID for the table where the electronic signature is applied.

Field

The database field ID for the field where the electronic signature is applied.

Group

View or select IDs for the user groups that are allowed to sign for the selected process.
