• To be filled in– Microsoft Dynamics AX verifies that the Approved byfield has been completed for posting. The value is not checked.

• Table– Microsoft Dynamics AX verifies that the Approved byfield has been completed for posting, and that the value corresponds with the value specified in the ledger account.

• List– Microsoft Dynamics AX verifies that the Approved byfield has been completed with one of the user values defined on the Validation listbutton.
