Select this check box if you want to print a separate financial statement for each main focus, with the lines printed based on the secondary focus.

If the check box is cleared, the main focus is presented as a line in one single financial statement, and the secondary focus is presented as detailed information.

This check box can only be selected if a secondary focus is selected.

Select the main focus row structure that you want to use in the financial statement.

Select the secondary focus row structure that you want to use in the financial statement.

Select a main focus that contains 100 percent. Specify which column the percentage should be calculated for in the field on the tab.

Use this field only if the definition in the financial statement contains columns of the 100% type. When you specify a 100% account, the individual account's share of this is calculated as a percentage.

Ledger account 100 percent. can be useful when you present turnover in the financial statement. Account 100 percent then is the summary account for total turnover.

Select this check box if you want to print a range description before the financial statement.

Select this check box if you want to introduce the financial statement with a cover page.

Select this check box if you want to skip accounts or dimensions when the balance is zero.

Select this check box to print header rows or header account when an account comprises the focus.

Select this check box to print details, elements, rows, or account numbers for transaction account lines when an account comprises the focus.

Select this check box to print total rows or account numbers for total accounts when an account comprises the focus.

View the current column number. The number increases by one for each created column. The numbering determines the column layout of the financial statement and can be changed by clicking the and buttons.

Specify a name for the column. The name is used as a header for the column.

View the type of contents in the individual column. Select one of the following column types:

  • – Identification of the main focus (account number, dimension, or combination).

  • – The name of the main focus identification.

  • – Identification of the secondary focus (account number, dimension, or combination).

  • – The name of the secondary focus identification.

  • – Current realized figures that are converted to default currency independently of the original currency.

  • – Current realized figures, in the form of quantities, that are registered in the transactions.

  • – Current realized figures in original currency, for the currency that is selected in the field on the tab.

  • – Current realized figures that are converted to the default currency, for the currency that is selected in the field on the tab.

  • – Budgeted figures that are converted to the default currency independently of the currency entered.

  • – Budgeted figures, in the form of quantities, that are registered in the transactions.

  • – Budgeted figures in the original currency, for the currency that is selected in the field on the tab.

  • – Budgeted figures that are converted to the default currency, for the currency that is selected in the field on the tab.

  • – Calculation of the account's share of the 100 percent account in the field on the tab. This calculation is useful when printing the statement of earnings, where the 100 % account displays the total revenue.

  • – A column whose value is calculated on the basis of other columns. The current calculation is specified in the field.

  • – Calculated cash flow forecast figures that are converted to default currency and are independent of the original currency. By adding this column, you can summarize the realized figures and the calculated cash flow forecast for a period in the future.

  • – The calculated cash flow forecast figures that are converted to the default currency, for the currency that is selected in the field on the tab.

  • – Calculated cash flow forecast figures that are converted to default currency, for the currency that is selected in the field on the tab.

  • – Current realized figures that are converted to secondary currency and are independent of the original currency.

Select this check box to print the column in the financial statement.

Clear the check box if the column should not be printed.

Specify the number of columns that you want to print for a logical column, such as 2 for a debit and a credit column, or for displacement of totals.

Select the code, if any, for date intervals for the current column. The date interval is proposed when you print the financial statement from > > > , but you can overwrite it.

If you left the field blank, you can enter a date in the field. The date is proposed when you print the financial statement.

View or select the currency for the column. For example, for the , column type, the field is unavailable, but for , it is open for selection.

Select from the drop-down list if the column should print the amounts as-is or in other units of the currency.

The formula that is used for calculating columns of the type . Any operators recognized by X++ are accepted. During calculation, #1, #2, and #5 will be replaced by the currently specified columns 1, 2, and 5.

Examples:

  • #1-#2 – The difference between column 1 and 2.

  • #1+#2 – The sum of column 1 and 2.

  • #1*#2 – The product of column1 and 2.

  • #1/#2 – The ratio of column 1 and 2.

  • #1/#2 % – The ratio of column 1 and 2, expressed as a percentage.

  • (#1-#2)/#2 % – The difference between column 1 and 2, expressed as a percentage of column 2.

  • (#1-#2)/#1 % – The difference between column 1 and 2, expressed as a percentage of column 1.

  • (#5 + #6) / #3 – Add column 5 and 6 and then divide the result by column 3.

The column for which you want to calculate a percentage if you select the column type . The field is unavailable for all other column types.

Select the check box to multiply by a factor that is entered in the field.The field.can be used through calculation columns, if it is necessary, by building the columns, clearing the field, and applying the factor.

Select the sign that you want to use as a decimal separator.

Select the sign that you want to use as a thousands separator.

Select how to show the figure zero if the value is zero.

Select whether the sign should be inverted when printing.

Select how to display a sign for negative figures.

Specify the number of decimals.

Enter the number of positions that negative figures should be moved to the left, typically in a column with debit and credit amounts.

Enter the maximum number of positions that the column may use on print.

Select company accounts for the transactions in the selected column.

Select the check box if opening transactions is included in the financial statement.

Select the check box if normal transactions are included in the financial statement.

Select the check box if closing transactions are included in the financial statement.

Specify how the posting layers should be included for the selected column:

  • – The column will only contain transactions which are marked as .

  • – The column will only contain transactions that are marked as or .

  • – The column will only contain transactions that are marked as or .

  • – The column will only contain transactions that are marked as minus .

  • – The column will only contain transactions that are marked as .

  • – The column will only contain transactions that are marked as .

  • – The column will contain transactions that are marked as or .

  • – The column will contain transactions that are marked as , , or .

The drop-down list is not available when printing the financial statement.

Note Note

If you want to print for account 11005 and for account 11010 on the same financial statement, you must select here. Then, in the drop-down list in the form, select for account 11005 and for account 11010.


Indicates whether the column should print only debit balances, only credit balances, or both. This is useful for reverse entry, where all transactions can be posted on the same side but with a negative sign.

Select a budget model if you want to sum up the budget amounts for a specific model in the financial statement. The selection is proposed when you print the financial statement, but can be overwritten.

By default, if you do not select a budget model, all budget transactions in the selected date interval are included.

Select the check box to include submodels of the specified budget model in the calculation. The selection is proposed when you print the financial statement, but you can overwrite it.
