You can print an inventory statement based on the counting journals that you have created.

  1. Click Inventory management> Journals> Item counting> Countingto open the Inventory journalform.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new inventory journal, or select an existing journal.

  3. Click Linesto open the Journal lines, Inventoryform.

  4. Enter an item number and click Create > Itemsto open the Create item counting journalform.

  5. In the Counting groupfield, select only on-hand items.

  6. In the Sitefield, select the site where the counting must be done.

  7. In the Warehousefield, select the warehouse where the counting must be done.

  8. Click OKto close the form.

  9. In the Inventory journalform, click Printand select Inventory statementto open the Inventory statementform.

  10. Click the Generaltab, and select the printing criteria:

    • Don't print– Do not print the item quantities.

    • Accounting quantity– Print the item quantities.

    • Phys.+Financ.qtys– Print the physical and financial quantities of the items.

  11. In the Commission memberfield, enter the name of the responsible commission member. You can enter names for up to five commission members.

  12. In the Responsible personfield, select the name of the person who is responsible for the inventory.

  13. Click OKto print the inventory statement.
