You can use the Warehousesform to set up the warehouses that are used in the external inventory system.

  1. Click Inventory management> Setup> Inventory breakdown> Warehousesto open the Warehousesform.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a warehouse, and enter the required details.

    For more information, see "Warehouses (form)" in the Applications and Business Processes Help.

  3. On the Generaltab, in the Typefield, select the warehouse type as External Inventory.

  4. In the Vendor accountfield, select the vendor account that is associated with the external inventory warehouse.

  5. Press CTRL+S or close the form.
