You can use the Adjustmentform to adjust a transaction line as a whole or in part. These adjusted transactions are accounted as reversing transactions in the General ledger. An inventory adjustment transaction is posted as a correction transaction.

  1. Click Project> Setup> Parametersto open the Project parametersform.

  2. On the Generaltab, select the Adjustment of project transaction– correctioncheck box to specify that the adjustment transactions will be accounted as corrections to the General ledger.

  3. Press CTRL+S or close the form.

  4. Click Project> Common Forms> Project Detailsto open the Projectsform.

  5. Press CTRL+N to create a new project or select an existing project.

  6. Click Functions> Adjustmentto open the Adjustmentform.

  7. Click Selectto open the Create adjustment transactionsform.

  8. Select the appropriate parameters and click OK.

    Note Note

    To select a specific transaction or a specific range of transactions for adjustment, click Select.


  9. In the Adjustmentform, select the transactions to be adjusted.

  10. Click Adjustto adjust the selected transactions manually.

    Note Note

    Click Updateto update the values in the transaction line that changed after the transaction line was adjusted.


  11. Click Postto post the adjusted line.
