In Estonia, businesses must declare all Intrastat transactions between other members of the European Union to the tax authorities. The Estonian Intrastat report format contains the name of the company director, information about the Intrastat agent, and the statistical value of the Intrastat transaction. You also can report information about additional quantities of an item and additional quantity units.

You can use this report to print Intrastat transactions.

Open the form

  1. Click Basic> Periodic> Foreign trade> Intrastat.

  2. Select an Intrastat transaction, and click Output (6)> Form–EE.

Select the type of transactions to be included in the report from the following:

  • Arrivals- If the declaration report is based on arrival transactions.

  • Dispatches- If the declaration report is based on dispatch transactions.

Select this check box to report only changes to transactions for a given period.
