Delete the register journal entries.

Reset status

Set the status of the register in the journal to Not calculated.

Fields

Register code

Enter the tax register code.

Note Note

This field is available only through the General ledger module.


Name

Enter the name of the register.

Status

Select the status of the register from the following options:

  • Not calculated– If the selected register calculation period is equal to or less than the period that is specified in the register settings.

  • Excluded– If the selected register calculation period is greater than the period that is specified in the register settings.

  • Calculated– If the register calculation is completed.

Approved

Select this check box if the register calculation is approved.

Employee

Select the employee who approved the register calculation.

Journal number

Enter the tax register journal number.

Years

Enter the calendar year for register creation.

Period type

Select the period for register creation.

Period number

Enter the tax register period number.

Register field

Select the register field name to hide in the register.

Hide

Select this check box to hide the register field in the register.
