1. Click General ledger> Setup> Deferrals> Writing off methods> Manual schedulesto open the Manual schedulesform.

    Note Note

    The Manual schedulesbutton is activated only when you select Manualin the Typefield in the Writing off methodsform.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  3. In the Percentagefield, enter the write-off percentage for the deferrals amount in each period.

    Note Note

    The cumulative percentageis displayed in the Cumulative percentagefield.

    Click the Generaltab. In the Writing off methodfield, view the deferrals write-off method.

  4. In the Interval numberfield, view the interval number for the write-off period.

    Note Note

    The timeframe set up in the Manual schedulesform must shorter than the write-off time shown on the deferrals voucher.
