The TORG-16 certificate of unserviceability is used to write off goods that have been damaged or deteriorated, and therefore cannot be sold. The certificate consists of three copies, and is signed by members of a designated committee. If necessary, these statements are prepared in the presence of sanitary inspection representatives or representatives of other authorities.

  1. Click Inventory management> Setup> Parametersto open the Inventory parameters form.

  2. Click the Number sequencestab.

  3. In the Number sequence codefield, select the number sequence code for Certificate of unserviceability.

  4. Press CTRL+S or close the form.

  5. Click Inventory management> Setup> Journals> Journal names, Inventoryto open the Journal names, Inventoryform.

  6. Select the relevant journal name to include the report for Fixed Assets, Project, BOM, Transaction, Profit & Loss, Transfer, or Counting journals.

  7. Click the Reportstab, and use the <<or <to transfer the required report from the Availablefield to the Selectedfield.

    Note Note

    If the list of available reports is empty, click Updateto update the list of available reports.
