Use this form to view the list of document versions for a selected document. All versions created for a document are displayed in hierarchical order.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Overview

View the list of all versions created for the document, including the login ID of the user who created the document, type, and name of the file that the version was imported from.

View the document versions hierarchically.

Description

Load

Open a menu with the following items:

  • File– Open the Load fileform to import data from an external Microsoft Office Excel file.

  • Report– Open the Load reportform to import data for reports created by the Financial reports generator.

  • Version– Open the Load versionform to import data from an earlier version of the document.

View

Open the Versionform to view and modify the document versions.

Note Note

This button is activated only after data is imported from a file, report, or version.


Requisites

Open the Requisitesform to view a list of requisites and values for the document.

Document

Open the selected document version in Microsoft Office Excel.

This button is activated only after data is imported from a file, report, or version.


Set as current

Set the selected document as the current version.

Created by

The login ID of the employee who created the document.

Note line

The note for the document.

Type

The document version type.

File name

The specified file name and path that the version was uploaded from.

Calculation date

The date that forms the basis of the calculation.

Created date and time

The date and time when the document was created.
