You can use the Document-argument namesform to set up codes for the original documents that are used in the Document-argumentsform. The document arguments are used as reasons for disciplinary actions taken against an employee.

  1. Click Staff accounting> Staff administration> Setup> Document-argument namesto open the Document-argument namesform.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  3. In the Document typefield, enter a code for the type of the document argument.

  4. In the Document namefield, enter the original document name.

  5. Press CTRL+S or close the form.

  6. Click Staff accounting> Staff administration> Setup> Document-argumentsto open the Document-argumentsform.

  7. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  8. In the Document codefield, view or modify the code for the document argument.

    Note Note

    A document code is automatically displayed according to the number series assigned to the document code in the Staff administration parametersform.


  9. In the Document typefield, select the document argument type code.

    Note Note

    The original document argument name is automatically displayed in the Document namefield for the selected document argument type.


  10. In the Document numberfield, enter the document argument number.

  11. In the Document datefield, select the ending date for completion of the original document.

  12. Press CTRL+S or close the form.
