Staff accounting> Setup> Template reports

You can set up a report format in advance and import the required values to be included in each selected report. Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft Office Word document templates are used to generate such reports.

Open

Open an empty Office Excel template of the selected report.

Print

Print the configured report data that is exported either to Office Excel or Office Word.

Update

Update the parameters of this form with the current report, by correcting the values to zero.

Parameter name

Select the parameter name from the pre-defined list of parameters that are used for calculating indicators in the report when you print the report.

Parameter value

Select the parameter value of rates, bases for calculation, deductions, income codes, and pay types, depending on the parameter names.
