Within an organization, employees are generally categorized as executives, specialists, service staff, and workers. You can use the Employee categoriesform to create these employee categories and to configure parameters for each category in order to print reports.

  1. Click Staff accounting> Staff administration> Structure> Employee categoriesto open the Employee categoriesform.

    Note Note

    The employee categories are displayed in a tree structure.


  2. Press CTRL+N to open the Category of employeeform.

  3. In the Code of a categoryfield, enter a code for the employee category.

  4. In the Descriptionfield, enter a description for the employee category.

  5. Click OKto return to the Employee categoriesform.

  6. Close the form and then open it to view the new employee category in the tree structure.

    Note Note

    The new employee category is displayed in the tree structure in the left pane in the Employee categoriesform.


  7. Select the employee category in the tree structure, and then click the Parameterstab to configure the parameters for the current employee category. This will allow you to print the Form 6 report.

  8. Select the Quantity on structurescheck box to include the staff quantity in the report.

  9. Select the Differentiation on categoriescheck box to organize the Form 6 report based on category grades.

    Note Note

    The Up toand Category typefields are activated only if you select this check box.


  10. In the Up tofield, enter the number of ranks for the specified employee category.

  11. In the Category typefield, select the employee qualification category as rank, category, or class.

    Note Note

    You can also set up subordinate categories for a parent category. In this case, select the parent category in the tree structure, and then press CTRL+N to create a new subordinate category for the employee.


  12. Repeat steps 3 through 6.

  13. Select the subordinate category in the tree structure.

    Note Note

    You can view the parent category for the subordinate category on the Descriptiontab, in the Parent categoryfield.


  14. Press CTRL+S or close the form.
