A staff list is approved through a resolution from the director of an organization, or another person authorized by the director. The staff list is modified in a similar manner. You can use the Changing staff list resolution linesform to view or modify staff list changes.

Department code

Select the unique identifier for the organization unit.

Description

The description of the department code.

Position

The name of the position.

Category

The category or class of qualification of the position.

Start date

Select the start date established by the resolution.

Quantity

View or modify the number of established positions.

Minimum salary

View or modify the minimum value for the range of salaries for the position.

Maximum salary

View or modify the maximum value for the range of salaries for the position.

Log

Shows the log details for the most recent changes to the staff list.

1st raise

View or modify the value of the first raise for the position.

2nd raise

View or modify the value of the second raise for the position.

3rd raise

View or modify the value of the third raise for the position.

Code

Select the code corresponding to the pay scale.

Minimum grade

View or select the minimum grade for the pay scale for the position.

Maximum grade

View or select the maximum grade for the pay scale for the position.
