You can use the Educationand Degreesforms to set up information about education and degrees earned by an employee.

Set up education types

  1. Click Staff accounting> Staff administration> Setup> Education> Educationto open the Educationform.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  3. In the Educationfield, enter the code that indicates the type of education pursued by the employee.

  4. In the Levelfield, select the level of education as Secondary, Vocational, or Higher.

  5. In the Descriptionfield, enter a description of the education type.

  6. Press CTRL+S or close the form.

Set up education level

  1. Click Staff accounting> Staff administration> Setup> Education> Degreesto open the Degreesform.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  3. In the Educational levelfield, enter the code that indicates the degree held by the employee.

  4. In the Descriptionfield, enter a description of the degree.

  5. Press CTRL+S or close the form.
