The Income taxform is used to account for the income that is not entered into the accrued salary, third-party income, or income from previous workplaces.

  1. Click Staff accounting> Income tax> Income taxto open the Income taxform.

  2. In the Taxation periodfield, enter the calendar year for which the change needs to be made.

  3. On the left pane, select the employee for whom the change needs to be made.

  4. On the right pane, press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  5. In the Calculation periodfield, enter or select the month and year for the change.

  6. In the Income group codefield, select the income group ID. All necessary income groups must already exist.

  7. Click the Income/deduction numberstab.

  8. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  9. In the Typefield, select Incomeor Deduction.

  10. In the Income/deduction numberfield, select the income or deduction code for which the change must be made. All necessary income or deduction codes must already exist.

    Note Note

    The Namefield automatically displays the description of the selected income or deduction code.


  11. In the Amountfield, enter the income or deduction amount.

  12. In the Deduction codefield, select the discount code.

  13. In the Discount Amountfield, enter the discount amount.

    Note Note

    The Manual data inputcheck box is automatically selected if you manually create lines in the form.


  14. Press CTRL+S or close the form.
