Use this form to view or modify column details for the statistics statement. You can also use this form to indicate different calendar periods, select values by dimension codes, arbitrarily select employees, format output data, and format output of totals for columns.

Field

Description

Column

Modify the column number.

Note Note

The next consecutive column number is automatically displayed in the column field. You can change the number if required.


Name

Enter the name of the column as it should appear in the printout of the statistics statement.

Type

Select the type of quantity or value for the column from the following options:

  • Employee number– Shows the employee number from the list of employees.

  • Employee full name– Shows the last name and initials of the employee.

  • Counter– Shows a counter, off-budget fund or basis for calculation in the Codefield.

    Note Note

    Totals for the corresponding pay types for the selected period are displayed here.


  • Rate– Allows a rate to be specified in the Codefield.

    Note Note

    The rate corresponding to the last date of the specified period is displayed here.


  • Pay type - Days– Shows the total number of days for the specified pay type for the period.

  • Pay type - Hours– Shows the total number of hours for the specified pay type for the period.

  • Cost type – Amount– Displays the pay type to be specified in the Codefield.

    Totals for the pay type for the specified period are displayed here.


  • Calculation– Allows you to select a formula to calculate the column value and specify the number of columns for the first and second operand in the expression.

  • Percent– Shows the column number to be specified on the Calculationtab, where you can select the percentage value to be entered in the Percentfield.

  • Department– Shows the code of the employee's department as of the current date.

  • Text field– Allows a text field to be specified in the Codefield.

Code

Select the code of the quantity specified for the column.

Note Note

This field is available only when the value Counter, Rate, Pay type – Days, Pay type – Hours, Cost type – Amount, or Text fieldis selected in the Typefield.


Print

Select this check box to include the column in the report.

Total

Select this check box to include the total for the column at the bottom of the report.

From date

Enter the start date of the time interval for which the values in the columns will be summed.

To date

Enter the end date of the time interval for which the values in the columns will be summed.

1,000

Select this check box to show the amounts in thousands in the statistics statement report.

Calculation expression

Select the expression or formula for calculating the column values.

This field is activated only when Calculationis selected in the Typefield.


Column 1

Specify the column number for the first operand in the expression.

Column 2

Specify the column number for the second operand in the expression.

Note Note

This field is activated only when Calculationis selected in the Typefield.


Percentage column

Specify the column number for which to calculate the percentage.

Note Note

This field is activated only when Calculationis selected in the Typefield.


Percent

Specify the percent value.

Note Note

This field is activated only when Percentis selected in the Typefield.


Decimals

View or modify the number of digits to be displayed after the decimal separator.

Decimal separator

Select the symbol for the decimal separator as Auto, Comma, or Point.

Thousands separator

Select the symbol for the thousands separator as Auto, None, Comma, Point, or Space.

Show Zero

Specify whether zero values are shown by selecting Auto, Yes, or No.

Negative adjustment

View or modify the number of positions that negative figures should be shifted to the left.

Sign

Specify the method for displaying the sign for negative numbers as Auto, No sign, Proceeding number, Following number, or Include Parentheses.

Note Note

You cannot select this field if Departmentis selected in the Typefield.


Invert sign

Specify whether the sign of the number should be inverted when printing by selecting Auto, Yes, or No.

Length

Enter the maximum width of the column when printing.
