An employee is recruited for work by creating and posting a recruiting resolution. You can use this form to create and post recruiting resolution for an employee.

Delete journal lines– Delete the selected recruiting resolution line.

Print

Open a menu with the following items:

  • Form T-1– Print the No. T-1 report.

  • Form T-5– Print the No. T-5 report.

  • Form T-6– Print the No. T-6 report.

  • Form T-8– Print the No. T-8 report.

  • Form T-9– Print the No. T-9 report.

  • Form T-10– Print the No. T-10 report.

  • Form T-10a– Print the No. T-10a report.

  • Form T-11– Print the No. T-11 report.

Employee

Select an employee who is to be recruited.

Note Note

Only those employees who are registered but not yet recruited are listed in this field.


Employee name

The employee's name.

By staff list

Select this check box if the employee is recruited by the staff list.

Organization

Select the division or department code of the organization where the employee is recruited.

Position

Select or view the position for which the employee is recruited.

Note Note

This field is automatically populated with the name of the employee's position if the employee is recruited by staff list.


Start date

Enter the employment start date.

End date

Enter the employment end date, if the employee is recruited for a temporary period.

Log

Indicates whether there is a message in Infolog.

Category

Select or view the category or class of qualification for the position for which the employee is recruited.

Note Note

The field is filled automatically with the position category if the employee is recruited by staff list.


Employment

Select the employee's employment rate code and enter the employment factor value in the adjacent field. Example: 1 indicates a full–time position.

Salary

Select or view the rate code for employee's salary and enter the salary rate value in the adjacent field.

Note Note

This field is automatically populated if the employee is recruited by staff list.


1st raise

Select a rate code for the first salary increment and enter the increment value for the employee in the adjacent field.

2nd raise

Select a rate code for the second salary increment and enter the increment value for the employee in the adjacent field.

3rd raise

Select a rate code for the third salary increment and enter the increment value for the employee in the adjacent field.

Code

Select the code identifying the pay scale for the position for which the employee is recruited.

Grade

Select the grade for the position for which the employee was recruited.

Document date

Select or enter the employment contract date.

Document number

Enter the employment contract number.

Kind of work

Select the employee's type of work from the following options:

  • Permanent

  • Temporary

  • On the certain term

  • Seasonal

Trial period

Enter the number of months of the trial period.
