To calculate amounts in a row definition, you can use a row total formula ( TOT) or a calculation formula ( CALC).
You can export row totals to an Excel spreadsheet, but you cannot export calculations.
Row total formula
Use a row total formula ( TOT) for simple addition and subtraction functions. You can apply the formula to every column in a row, or you can specify ranges.

Use a calculation formula ( CALC) for complex functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and IF/THEN/ELSEstatements. These calculations can be limited to columns and individual cells.
