Before you begin to enter information about an employment application, we recommend that you first create the applicant in the form.

To create an employment application:

  1. Click > > > .

  2. Select the relevant applicant and then click .

  3. Press CTRL+N, or click Newon the toolbar to create a new line.

  4. In the field, enter the day on which you received the application.

  5. In the field, select the applicant. If the applicant is not in the list, you can create them in the form, and then continue entering information from their employment application.

  6. On the tab, in the field, enter the date on which the application must be deleted.

  7. Enter the appropriate information in the remaining boxes.
