You can calculate extra items that are added to or when items are sold or purchased. Select one of the procedures below to calculate supplementary items for either a sales order or a purchase order:

Calculate supplementary items for a sales order

  1. Click > .

  2. If you have not already done so, click to view the complete form.

  3. Press CTRL+N to create a new sales order, or select a sales order from the list.

  4. Go to the and press CTRL+N to create a new order line or select an order line from the list.

  5. Click > .

  6. If you have set up supplementary items, they are listed in the form. Otherwise you need to Set up supplementary item groupsor Create supplementary items.

  7. The form is divided into and .

    To include the mandatory or optional supplementary items in the calculation, you need to select the check box.

  8. Press OKto calculate the supplementary items.

  9. You should be able to see the supplementary items on the in the form.

Calculate supplementary items for a purchase order

  1. Click > .

  2. If you have not already done so, click to view the complete form.

  3. In the form, press CTRL+N to create a new purchase order or select a purchase order from the list.

  4. Go to the , and press CTRL+N to create a new order line or select an order line from the list.

  5. Click and select .

  6. If you have set up supplementary items, they are listed in the form. Otherwise you need to Set up supplementary item groupsor Create supplementary items.

  7. The form is divided into and .
