Create result groups only if you want to evaluate results based on points earned.

Note Note

You can only create a result for a questionnaire that already exists.


  1. Click > > > .

  2. Select the questionnaire for which you want to create the result group, click the tab, and select the check box to enable the button.

  3. Click to open the form.

  4. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  5. In the field, type a unique identification for the result group.

  6. In the field, type a brief description of the result group.

  7. Enter additional information in the remaining fields.

Create points/texts for a result group

In Points/texts, you define point intervals and a description of each interval. When a respondent achieves a score in a particular interval, the text for that interval is included in the results report.

  1. Click > > > .

  2. Select the questionnaire to which the result group is related, and then click to open the form.

  3. Select the result group, and click to open the form.

  4. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  5. In the and fields, type the minimum and the maximum number of points in the result group interval. The values in these boxes must not exceed the maximum number of points for the result group.

  6. Click , and enter the text you want the score in the interval to display in the result report.

Calculate the maximum number of points for a result group

You must first assign questionsto the result group before you can calculate its maximum number of points.

  1. Click > > > .

  2. Select the questionnaire to which the result group is related, and then click to open the form.

  3. Select the result group, and then click .
